For Design Services

1. Question: How do I get started with my project?

 

Answer: Via our website, Email, or by Phone. Text message is preferred for inquiring about a project. All projects require a 50% deposit. Once your deposit invoice has been paid, you will receive the next steps in order to receive your design forms, etc. ** DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID IN ORDER TO BEGIN PROJECT **

2. Question: What is your standard turnaround time?

 

Answer: Our standard turnaround time for digital designs are up to 48 hours. Web design can take up to 4 weeks for completion depending on how soon you can provide all content needed and how busy our current workload is. All branding packages can take anywhere from 3 weeks depending on how fast you provide all content for the services apart of the package. Rush fees are permitted for faster turnaround service. If turnaround time has to be extended, we will inform you via email and text message.

 

3. How far in advance do I need to book my project?

 

Answer: Graphic design services can be booked daily, if a rush fee is needed you can request it. All web design projects and packages should be requested at least 3 weeks before deadline to ensure your project will be done on time. If your project needs to be printed, please book project at least 2 weeks in advance. Print project take about two weeks to print.

 

4.​ ​How many proofs do I get?

 

All logo projects are presented with up to 2 proofs to choose from. Only 3 free revisions are included in all digital designs. Anything after 3 revisions results in an additional changing fee. Web design projects also receive 3 free revision and anything after results in additional changing fee.

5. ​Can I replace items in my package?

 

Answer:Yes! You certainly can, as long as it is the same or close in value, there is no problem with swapping out services. For example, if you already have a custom logo but still want a package where a logo was included, you can add an additional social media ads or some flyers thats cost the same as a custom logo. Email us for clarity!

6. In what formats will I receive my files?

 

Answer: All finalized logo files will be sent in JPG, PNG, PDF and AI. Any other marketing material will be sent as JPEG or PNG files.

7. Do I own my logo after it's complete?

 

Answer: ​Yes! You own all copies of your logo except the PSD or layered AI file, those files are solely property of Artistically Produced Services LLC. If for any reason you need those files for a printer/manufacturer, we will send the files to them personally please just provide the contact information (ie. email address). You can get your logo trademarked if you please. 

8. What website hosting platforms do you use?

Answer:  Our websites are created and hosted by Wix.com

9. Whats the difference between a Text Based Logo and Image based Logo?

Answer:Text based logos are an unlimited font only based logo that can include characters such as a hashtag, exclamation point and simple shapes such as a line or circle (i.e. FedEx, Sony, Marvel). Image logos have a graphic image incorporated along with an unlimited font choice (i.e. Starbucks,

Wendy’s, BMW).

10. Do you revamp/redesign websites that you didn't create?

Answer: Yes! We’d love to give your website the perfect face lift and we will completely build you a new website. Please keep in mind we only work with Wix platforms. Redesign pricing is the same price as our regular web design fees, please email for more information.
